Introduction
On September 20, 2005 I purchased a ViewSonic N3250w Wide-Screen LCD TV from Gateway.com. This was listed, and purchased as, a monitor for a job I was putting in.
What began as a simple return of a defective item, turned into a three month-long consumer nightmare that has cost my small, personal business thousands of dollars in lost revenue.
I have posted everything here just as it happened, under the original dates that everything took place.
It is my hope that ViewSonic will take a good look at their customer service department, and changes will be made so that no one has to go through anything like this ever again.
